All boarding reservations must be made ahead of time with proper notice.

Holiday stays require one night’s deposit. We cannot guarantee availability, especially last minute requests, so we ask that you give us plenty of notice.
Summer months and holiday weeks fill up quickly. We recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible.
All new clients must contact Pampered 4 Paws when making their first boarding reservation in order to provide the necessary documentation.
Grooming services during boarding:
We are also pleased to offer grooming for your pet during boarding stays.
Take-home baths before departure include a thorough wash including nails and ears for an additional $20-$35 based on size.
If your dog is dirty or matted enough that a “boarding bath” turns into something more than just a bath, an upcharge will occur.
Please make arrangements for any extra services that you would like when you make your reservation.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for services.
Late cancellation for any reason will result in a charge for the entire planned visit.
If you don’t cancel reservations with 24-hour notice, you also will forfeit the previously collected deposit.

Medication and sick dogs:
We will administer medication to your dog during their stay with us, if necessary. Simply supply us with needed medication labeled with your dog’s name, your last name and administering instructions.
If your dog is sick, please take them to the vet. We reserve the right to refuse a visit if your dog arrives sick. If your dog gets sick while with us, we will either quarantine the dog until you can pick them up, or take the dog to the vet. You are responsible for any charges incurred for care.
