Reservations

Reserve your dog’s visit as far in advance as possible. Space is on a first-come-first-served basis, so it pays to plan early. Its also helps if you have set days (i.e., every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, etc.). If you have set days, you need to let us know at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes or you will be charged for missed days.

Cancellations

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for daycare and 72-hour for sitting. Late cancellation for any reason, including illness, will result in a charge for that day and the entire planned sitting visit. You may tell us in person, notify us by phone at 304-292-4729, or contact us to cancel planned daycare or sitting.

Overnight Policies

All dogs participating in overnight sitting at facility will need to pass the same screening required for daycare. Each dog owner must provide food and fill out sitting forms. No personal items including toys, bowls or beds may accompany the dog that stays in the facility.

Closings

Our facility is closed July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas. No daycare is available on these days.

We have abbreviated pick up and drop off times for Memorial Day, Labor Day and the day after Thanksgiving. Please call PAMPERED 4 PAWS for more information.

Vacinations

All vaccinations must be given at least five days before visiting PAMPERED 4 PAWS.

Feeding & Medication

We will feed and or medicate your dog at no charge. Simply provide us with that day’s supply (labeled with your dog’s name, your last name and AM/PM, please) at each visit. A $1.00 per meal charge will apply for dogs that do not bring their own food. No bowls, toys or bedding at any time for daycare or sitting guests.

Sick Dogs

If your dog is sick, please take them to the vet. We reserve the right to refuse a visit if your dog arrives sick or flea-infested. If your dog gets sick while here, we will either quarantine the dog until you can pick it up, or we will take the dog to our vet (you are responsible for vet fees)

Pick-Up

Please be prompt about picking up your dog at the end of each day. Our late fee is $1.00 per 5 minutes after 5:30 p.m., and after 6:30 p.m. your dog will be staying overnight with us for an additional $10. Please let us know if you can’t make these hours.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturdays 9 to 11 a.m.  (Boarding and daycare drop off)

Saturdays 4:30 to 6 p.m. (Boarding and daycare pickup)

Sundays 9 to 11 a.m. and 4:30 to 6 p.m.

After hours drop off and pick up available only upon request and with advanced notice.
